I’m finding positive coping mechanisms, learning how to manage my feelings and also why they exist in the first place. If you’ve had any moments of jealousy because of an open relationship and your feelings about your partner’s partners, this is definitely a book you should check out.

Everything detailed here does not happen in every relationship. My Master and I have different protocol ideas but the ones in this book are a beautiful dance between the two involved.

It's not one I would say has to be on everyone's bookshelf because you just don't glean that much out of it. Those of us how have to read everything possible than it's good to have, but I'd recommend borrowing it before spending the money on your own copy.
