I’m finding positive coping mechanisms, learning how to manage my feelings and also why they exist in the first place. If you’ve had any moments of jealousy because of an open relationship and your feelings about your partner’s partners, this is definitely a book you should check out.

A book can only be as good as what you get out of it, so for that reason, I'd have to give it a relatively low rating in comparison to D/s oriented books as far as helpfulness is concerned.
