30 Days of Submission: Day 9 – Structure, Rules and Rituals Aplenty

This entry is part 10 of 31 in the series 30 Days of Submission

Do you accept and/or expect structure, rules, and limits as a part of your submission? How do you feel about them?

KnyghtMare and I run a structured relationship. I expect rules and limits to my submission to him. It was one of the things we both agreed on when we were dating online. Both of us wanted behavior modification for me, and I wanted control and care for my life. I felt aimless and restless before submission found me and being in a D/s or M/s relationship has been a new and wonderful world for me.

I started with just a dozen rules that helped train me to be the submissive he wanted and to improve my body image. It’s grown to be spoken and unspoken rules and behaviors that make me even more under his control and I love it. You can see a somewhat outdated list of my rules on my personal blog: http://lunakm.me/my-rules/

Being a slave doesn’t mean I don’t have limits. When I began identifying as a slave KnyghtMare made sure to let me know that my limits would still be respected but that he’d try to push me a bit further past my comfort zone if it would make for a better relationship and dynamic with him. I’m happy to know that I’m safe in his hands.
